Description

Recipe for our signature IPA.

Recipe

Grains

• 6 oz German Munich Malt
• 4 oz US Victory Malt
• 3.3 lb Amber Liquid Malt Extract
• 3 lb Briess DME Sparkling Amber or Munton's DME Amber
• 12 oz US 40l Crystal Malt
• 12 oz Extra Light Golden DME (or similar amount of other malt extract)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 oz German Roasted Barley

Yeast

• 4.25 oz Wyeast 1056 American Yeast

Sugars

• 2 cups honey
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup molasses
• 1 cup maple syrup

Hops

• 2 oz Magnum hops
• 2 oz Amarillo hops
• 1.5 oz Willamette hops
• 1.5 oz Columbus hops

Adjuncts

• None

Water

• 5 gallons water
• 2 lbs ice
